| Netinfo Manager starts automatically? What cause Netinfo Manager to start automatically on my Mac OS X 10.4 and how do I stop that? Thanks in advance, Jet |

| Go to System Preferences->Accounts and highlight your username. Then go to the Login Items and see if somehow in snuck in there.

| Clicking on the box to hide it does not stop it from opening at login -- it only causes it to launch, then hides it (much the same as if you hit apple-H in most programs -- they're still very much open, just hidden). If you want to stop it from launching when you log in, highlight it in your Startup Items, and click the minus sign button below the list.
