Import Leopard Mail into Entourage 2008

Hi,

Has anyone managed to successfully import mail messages from Leopard Mail into MS Entourage 2008. I have tried to use the File - Import - From Apple Mail command which creates a completely empty "Import" folder. I have also tried dragging the inbox.mbox file into the Entourage folder list.... this appears not to be possible. I have also tried the File - Import - Contacts & Messages from Text File, but it doesn't see the inbox.mbox folder as being a valid file and so the "Import" button remains greyed out.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Jason

I was able to successfully import all of the mail from my .Mac account by highlighting the inbox under "Folders on My Computer", then going to File/Import/Information from Another Application/Apple Mail/Checked all boxes.

Now what is strange is that the .Mac account came over in it's entirety as an account in the left pain, but none of the other 3 accounts I have in Mail did. However, it creates a folder on the bottom called "Mail Import" and all of the messages from the other accounts were there, so I just created the other accounts (2 Gmail and one Cox), and dragged and dropped the messages from the Inbox directory under the Mail Import folder and it seemed to work.

Hope this helps...
