AOL and Mac OS V10.4

Hi My AOL internet access keeps crashing in AOL. It will load an initial page and then I get an intermittent "You are not connected to the internet" message, or pages will be slow loading.
I connect Wirelessly via airport and a NET GEAR router.
I have tried changing both the connection channel and speed on the router.
I am running MAC OS V 10.4.11
Processor is 2.16 GHZ intel core duo
Memory 1GB 667 MHZ DDR2 SDRAM.
Please help!

AOL for MacOS X is a PPC application and a bit long in the tooth. Download and install the AOL Desktop beta.
