how do I change the name?

Hi all,

When I open my finder window, on he left side you have your hard drive and network, etc. Under those you have the desktop, home, applications, documents, movies, etc. I'm using a computer that used to be someone else. So on the "home", it says the previous users name. How do I change it so it's my name?
