I haven't had this problem previously, but see on Quicken forum that it may be an old issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a fix. I repaired permissions, and tried trashing prefs. Can anyone help please? - Used "One step updates" to download transactions from Fidelity. The window says that new transactions were received. I click on the highlighted text to "Open Download Transactions window", and the app just quits. the Apple Problem report pops up and says: Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001) Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x00000004 Quicken for Mac V16.0.1 R2 Mac Dual PowerPC G4, 1.25 GHz, 1GB memory, OS X v10.4.11 |

FWIW -- after I use one-step, I just close that window and open "download" window. All my accounts and all my transactions pop up and I can accept or not from there.
