blue screen pops up often

Lately, I am getting a freeze and then blank (blue) screen intermittently while doing a lot of different things. It then has to reset itself and it comes back. It is starting to drive me crazy. It happens more often now than it was when it started.

Have you done any updates recently?

Go into your Console and look at the logs to see if you can find any indication of what is happening.
