Help! Internet not working on my G5 (2)

Hi

Serenak was helping me with this query but the tickets seems to be frozen.
I've responded but I still keep receiving emails remnding me to respond.
Also I'm not sure Serenak has received notification that I responded yet either as he hasn't come back to me.

Not to worrry, but as a result I've opened this new ticket to direct him to the ticket which had the subect as above.
