emails not sending

everything was fine - but recently can only send messages to those accounts that are active in tools.
can't any emails to anyone else - or not to any others in the address book

have quit entourage and held down alt key and rebuilt database - but didn't make any difference

the msg error -17092 'cannot send mail' always come up.

Any help greatly appreciated.

dexterh-have your mail up and running-go to mail preferences>go to accounts and check your settings and other prefs. this might be where the problem herein lies i think.
