Location of Upper-left Apple Logo Icon File

Does anyone know where the icon file of the small Apple logo in the upper left hand corner is located? It's black on Leopard and blue on previous OS X distributions. I assume it's somewhere in the Macintosh HD/System/Library folder, but I can't find it. I'd appreciate any help finding it.

It is part of the theme. I get different looking apple symbols with different themes.
