Flash plug-in?

I have a parental control user on my Mac, and one of her favorite sites (www.webkinz.com) uses Flash. I have granted permission to Safari, Firefox, to the site's opening page and to the URL of the window it opens upon login (it leaves the webkinz domain).

She can access the opening page and log in, but that leads only to a window with a background image and nothing else. In Firefox, the result is a server error. Other users on my Mac see that window with the background image, plus all the flash items, so I'm assuming it's a parental control issue, but I don't see any other apps in the parental control list that I can allow that would help. I right-clicked on the site while in another user, and it gives me the flash menu, so I am certain it's flash. How can I give her permission to use this?

Thank you!

Make sure the flash page isn't on a different domain. In that case it would be blocked.
