Apple Remote Desktop Client

I'm looking for a client for Apple Remote Desktop for a PC. Right now, I have UltraVNC installed and I can connect to the computer using remote desktop, but the problem is that its not encrypted. If there is no Apple Remote Desktop client for a PC, is there a good free alternative that is encrypted?

No. Apple has not made ARD clients (or server) available for Windows or non-Macs.
Microsoft RDP has a client for Mac so you could use that to control your PC (but also that has only Microsoft level of ... encryption).
Use ssh with VPN
