 HELP i dropped my G4
I dropped my 15 inch ibook G4 because the plug doesnt come out. it froze, so i held down the power button and waited for it to turn off, after a while (longer than usual) it turned off and i turned it back on i tried to log into my account, it took a really long time. when it finally logged in, it looked as if i had just activated the computer, the dock was not hidden, the starting background was up, and the only folder on my desktop was the HD. in other words, i had lost all my work. this is very bad seeing as i have a final paper due tomorrow and i was on my final draft. i opened itunes, and all my songs were gone. the only thing that stayed were my applications.
i am looking for a low to zero cost remedy for this, and i need to be able to do it by tonight or tomorrow morning |
