Word 2008 Draft/Web Layout questions

So I don't like the blue horizontal lines in View, Draft. Is there any way of ridding myself of these? Or, can I eliminate the vertical gray margins in View, Web Layout along with the little toolbar on the top with Document Elements, Quick Tables, Charts, SmartArt Graphics, WordArt on it? Either way I'd have a document that I could work with that wasn't irritating and didn't waste space.
