Get Proxy settings

I want to get proxy setttings on mac os x 10.4 Tiger. Dos anyone have an idea. Thanks.

Curiosity is on a distinguished road

With Safari, choose the menu Safari > Preferences > Advanced, and click "Change Settings" next to Proxies.
