racytracy is on a distinguished road
can override dvd 5 times thing

how can i over ride this as I live in Australia region 4 and now it is set on US no good for me must be a simple way to get around this

I am not sure how to do it, but i know there has been some threads already on this issue. If you look back, you should find them.

VLC doesn't respect the movie DVD regions - at least this was before 10.5 (haven't tested in 10.5 yet). Set in System PReferences > CDs & DVDs the option for movie DVDs to be ignored by system, then open them manually with VLC.

overriding 5 dvd region code and VLC

hi thanks for that suggestion I am new to a mac and have no idea really. I have tried what suggested and a little box came up saying an error has occurred which probably prevented the proper execution of programe main:no suitable access module for file so I must have missed a step any suggestions thanks
