| Sos - Frustrated With Tiscali
Hi,
I am having difficulty in setting up the Siemens Gigaset SE587 router for my wireless tiscali broadband account on my mac. I think that I have followed all the instructions in the user manual correctly and I can get my mac to recognise the router. However, when I attempt to login into the internet via the IP address in safari I get an invalid login response. I have spoken to Tiscali who advised me to use the admin login, which worked. They advised me to change the settings to PP0A and try and login via this setting, but I just get a message telling me there is a lost network connection. Tiscali advised me to speak to mac as they can't help anymore. Furthermore, I attempted to download Firefox to see if it would work on that but it won't install as it gives me an error 199 message when I try to open the downloaded installation file. Any ideas? |
