Recovering Files From .InComplete

Hello

Recently I had to re-install my operating system. I thought my computer was backed up but turns out the backup didn't finish. On the hard drive where the backup should be is a ".incomplete" bundle. It's big enough to have all my files in it and when I open it I can see them all.

I tried dragging and dropping the files onto my computer but it just dings and doesn't do anything else.

Does anyone know how I can restore files from the .incomplete bundle.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
