can't delete folder

hi there. i copied a folder from a windows computer to my ipod in hard disk mode. there are two locked folders that won't delete.

i've tried trash it.
i've tried using the rm command in terminal.

all i get is an "operation not allowed" message.

it's just annoying having these files just sitting in the trash can.

help!!!!!!

EDIT: Found the solution. Move the file out of the trash, plug it into a windows computer (didn't matter if it was the same one as where the file came from), and shift-delete the file on the pc.

Speedfoot---hold option key down when you empty trash can-may work-or go up to menu bar and insted of empty trash-- key on secure empty trash-- one of these may work for you. good luck!
