| need help to install mac os x 10.4.8 hi to all sorry but me until now i didn't arrive to install mac os x10.4.8 , the computer finishes all instructions of installation but when it comes to restart he didn't so i force it to restart but in starting it can't start with os x ;if i choose to start with mac osx it reboots . so where is the problem? In addition ? when i boot with dvd in startup disk i don't found any partition only network startup who has an idea so? and thanx a lot  |

| Well something in your hard drive messed up. When you boot with a Mac OS X install disk instead of proceeding go to the Finder Menu and launch Disk Utiltiy and see if it can find and/or repair it. Good Luck.
