| Safari and Secure Website Hi, I'm trying to help my parents with a problem on a secure website. A popsoup came up on a secure website where my mom was trying to order something. Instead of reading what it said my mom just clicked ok. Now when she tries to go back to the site a checkbox that she must check to complete her order doesn't appear. We have reset her Safari, checked the security, certificates, and reset the cookies. Please help. Thanks so much!  |

| Try, from the Safari menu "reset Safari", then re-do your order. If that doesn't work, try using Firefox.
