Eudora doing weird things 10.5.2

We run numerous Macs (30) As far as emailing goes we always used Eudora for 10 plus years on the many many new upgrades and machines over the years. I knew of some glitches with Eudora and Leopard but this one is weird. On now 2 of the machines as of late the out mail boxes show that all sent mail had the "blue" dot that now means they are all unread all of a sudden. Plus we get a few warning sign etc for time to time . But why do most Leopard machines work flawlessly?!
