installing toast 7

I get a message saying "The alias, 'ButterLib' cannot be copied to the destination perhaps because the destination does not support this type of alias"

What Mac are you using? What version of OS X are you running?

Toast 7 requires an update to be compatible with Leopard, if, in fact, that's the version of OS X you're running. You may need to apply the update before launching Toast 7.
