PowerBook G4 not starting up

When the PB turns on, it goes to the Mac logo screen and chimes. But then after about 10-15 seconds freezes on that screen.
I took it to a tech support office and they ran Disk Warrior. So my Hard Drive was visible. However, after multiple attempts the HD still failed to load.
What does this mean?
