How can i translate this to find out what the problem is.

I'm using a 500 mhz bi processor with 640 mb ram.
And different annoying things happens applications crashes without using (in the background or my session get unlogged , well stuff like that happens)
is there someone out there that can help me find out if it is a hardware problem (external or internal) or a software problem

    Thanks for all responses

Looks like a typical kernel panic. Search on this and other Mac troubleshooting sites for "kernel panic."
    Systems:
2.5 GHz MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo, 4 GB RAM, 320 GB hard drive, runs 10.6.8
1.6 GHz iMac G5, 1.5 GB RAM, 120 GB hard drive, runs 10.4.11 (out of commission)
    iPhone 4, 16 GB, iOS 4.3.5
