Trouble with logmein.com

I've been using this website/program to log into my office computer remotely for months and now it doesn't work anymore. It's impossible to get help from logmein.com. Do you have any idea why Firefox would shut down as soon as I get on to my office computer desktop through logmein?

We could then set up a time to speak on the phone, which I think would be the best course of action here.
