I have 2 problems with my new macbook

1. Sometimes when I start my macbook, The isight camera light turns on(green light) at the start by itself. I cant have a video chat when it's on. Then, I keep restarting the macbook until it doesn't turn on. and then I can have chat normally. What's the reason for this?

2. I'm using university internet connection. First, I have to login into the login page and then I can have access to the web. Before switching on my mac if I connect the internet wire my mac doesnt start(It doesnt come out of the light Gray screen) and sometimes if i remove my internet wire and start my mac, i cant even open my login page. After restarting 2 or 3 times it opens.

What are the reasons for this?

Please help me.....
