ichat conference not working anymore

recently my friends and i can't use ichat for conferencing anymore. What is happening is that we can only connect 2 people for video conferencing. Previously we were able to do 3 way video conferencing. What happened? We all have .mac accounts and have been using ichat fine previously...

now when we start a video chat, after one person is added, then the button to add more says there's no more buddies that can be added (sorry i don't remember exactly what it says right now...)
