Epson Stylus Photo 890

My Epson stylus Photo 890 has a fault.
Both red and green lights continue to flash when the printer is switched on.

The printer was working fine and then after starting a new batch of printing the above fault occured and now I cannot get the printer to work

DeltaMac will become famous soon enough
If all the lights on your Epson 890 are flashing, it's not likely a software problem. Check inside the printing area, to make sure there are no obstructions, preventing movement of the print head.
If you really don't see anything, then you could try contacting Epson for service. That will probably not be worthwhile (and not cost-effective) with a 6 or 7 year old printer. This will be a good opportunity to look at a newer printer, eh?

Thanks for your advise.I believe the problem is terminal and not cost effective to have it repaired and I have decided to invest in a new printer as suggested by DeltaMac
Thanks for your help though
