Entourage - mail archiving

Is there any way to get Entourage to automatically move older mail to an archive folder? I want to keep it out of my inbox so that my account on the exchange server doesn't overflow.

I know you can setup rules within Entourage to have messages x days old move to y folder. For the archiving, I know you can set up a send receive schedule and have a script run and start the archive, but wouldn't know where to start.
