Contextual Menu

I have all these options when I right click on an image. There's about 40 preset old photoshop automated actions. I want to get rid of them. I don't need them. But I can't figure out how to remove them. They were installed with CS2, I think. Now CS2 is long gone, but those are still there. How can I get rid of them?

Rebuild the launch services database. Use Onyx or MainMenu.

I find that I need to do this frequently.
