| Entourage error: -23016 Error with Entourage: Mail could not be sent using the "...." account. Explanation: a connection failure has occured. error: -23016 Why do I often get this error message and how can I resolve the problem? I haven't changed any of my settings, and I can still receive emails, it just won't send my emails, it diverts them into the outbox.  |

| More than likely your email provider isn't allowing 3rd party forwarding. Make sure you are on your home connection before trying to send email via smtp. If you are away from home, use your ISP's webmail option instead.
