| Auto connect a Time Capsule share I have a Time Capsule that stores all multimedia that I connect to on a macmini. The macmini boots directly into Front Row and has an alias in the movies folder pointing to the Time Capsule location of the files. When I boot the macmini, you cannot see the files until such stage as you open finder (where the TC is mounted already) and browse to the folders. Then, shutting down the finder and opening up Front Row again will see the files thereafter. I'm trying to figure out a solution that doesn't require this manual opening of Finder. Can anyone help with this? Thanks |

| Have you gone (in the mini) and manually mounted the volume then go to System Preferences->Accounts->your Account, Login tab. There click on the + sign and add your volume you want. This is so when you log on the account it will go and find the volume while you are logging on.
