All AIM programs crashing on launch

On a MacG4 running OS 10.4.11, with a 120 GB hard drive and 384MB RAM, all Instant Messenger programs--AOL Instant Messenger, iChat, and Adium--crash just before program fully sets up. We connect to the internet with a PCI card and are running Realtek WLAN client utility. This is NOT happening on my other G4 or on our G5, all using the same PCI card and Realtek utility. I've run Repair Disk Permissions and have even used Disk Warrior, but there is no change. I've even turned off all unnecessary fonts, keeping only those required by the system on, and everything is still crashing.

I am thinking of removing the Realtek utility and reinstalling it, and if that doesn't work, I may reformat the hard drive and see what happens. But if anyone has any idea as to what might be going on, I would be extremely grateful. Maybe this has something to do with the AIM account, since all three programs are using the same AIM account?
