| Mac Mail and gmail OK... So I wrote a few months back with this problem but though I'd try again. The tech I dealt with couldn't find a fix for this bug. Basically the mac mail incoming mail alert doesn't sound for the mail but it does for the RRS feed. Just a few days ago I reinstalled the operating system (for other reasons) and then uninstalled and reinstalled Mail. All was good, when I downloaded all my mail from Gmail again the mail alert sounded. The next day it stopped playing again. I'm using VacuumMail.app. Could this be a problem? All the best, Anies  |
