| Email I cannot send email (using Entourage and Safari). I get an error message -23016. I have the same system at work and have no problem, just at home. |

| Open Mail then go to the menu item 'Connection Doctor' and tell us what it reports. Plus is email server you ISP email or is it an external email server? Plus what OS X on what Mac are you using?

| What do you have entered as the Sending Mail (SMTP) server in your account settings in Entourage? Try changing the outgoing port to 587. And if that doesn't make a difference, try setting it to the SMTP server of your ISP, with authentication if necessary. Some ISPs don't users to send mail via SMTP servers other than their own. |

| How do you use Safari in this process? Do you mean that webmail also doesn't work?
