| iTunes 8 is not recognized
I am a VERY new imac user and running osX v10.5...okay that being said I live in the boonies where high speed or dsl is not an option so after several (9 hour)attempts to download iTunes 8 (which I need so my daughter can use her new ipod) I go to install it and disk image mounter does not recognize it.
I have tried downloading from several sites as well as through software updates, but to no avail. Please help. I even tried D/L it on a computer that has high speed in the city and putting it on a disk but still no luck.
