Can i create a second dock?

Hi there! My dock is full of programms. Is there any way i can create a second dock on the left of the screen?? Thanx in advance....

1.) No.

2.) You can use third-party software to add similar functionality. Is DragThing still around? I primarily use LaunchBar for launching applications. If your Dock is *full*, it's quite probably not that easy anymore to distinguish between apps, anyway.
