iTunes puts weird words for Russian song

I downloaded a MP3 file. The name of the file was in russian letters. I imported it to iTunes. The name, artist, and album fields were filled. But not what I expected. They were filled with А На Танцполе Нету Свободных. Does anyone know why it does that? And how do I fix this?

Copy the name of the song and artist from that track's name and copy and paste it to the relevant fields inside iTunes. It should be able to show Russian fonts correctly.
I suspect that track was encoded with Windows (hence the inability to deal with other charsets).
