I have iMovie at work (I think it's iMovie HD but could be 08) and when I use my MacBook Pro (w/ 2 gig of ram) to record a video directly into iMovie via iSight, the audio come in slightly out of sync. It's not horrible, but it's noticeable. The first time I tried this it worked great. Since then the audio was a bit off. Any suggestions or tips on how to best record movies in iMovie from the iSight built in camera? Thanks |

Do you have any Quicktime plug-ins installed? Perian, perhaps? If you record through Quicktime directly, does the out-of-sync problem still occur?

I just installed Perian, but not before this issue was happening. Not sure if I have flip for mac installed or not. Last time I checked, Quicktime was a bit out of sync too. But maybe I'll try that next time. |
