Hi, I have a macbook pro (intel-based) (OSX 10.5.5) and I recently install the google talk video plugin. I noticed that it was working in Safari but not in Firefox (3.0.4). Somehow, the video option doesnt appear in my contact. Later, I noticed that by accessing the google talk video and chat webpage (http://mail.google.com/videochat?hl=en) I got this msg: "Unfortunately Gmail voice and video chat is not available for PowerPC Macs." Somehow the browser is getting the wrong information. How can I fix this ? Is this a firefox problem ? Thanks! |

Navigate to your /Applications folder, then highlight FireFox. Do a "Get Info" on FireFox (Command - i) and check to see if "Open using Rosetta" is checked in the "Get Info" window. If so, uncheck it and try Google Talk again with FireFox.
