| Airport Extreme Card not connecting
I have just installed an Airport Extreme Card in my G4 iMac. I can't get it to connect to my wireless network via a Linksys WRK54G router. When I enter in my network name, it doesn't recognize my wep password. I have two PCs running fine off this network. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks, Tim |

Did you install it right and hook up the antennas to the right leads? Does OS X see the card (Click on the top left Apple symbol and choose "About This Mac". When the pop-up comes up choose "More Info" and this will launch System Profiler.)? Also did you try putting in the old Airport trick of placing a $ symbol in front of the WEP password? One warning people can break WEP in less then three seconds so that is why WPA was made.
