Over-the-Air Sync Settings

I want my CONTACTS application on my iTouch to be automatically updated with my ADDRESS BOOK entries.

In iTunes, it says that my "contacts are being synced with your iPod over the air from MobileMe" "Over-the-air sync settings can be changed on your iPod."

I guess I'm asking how can I change these settings on my iPod? can't figure it out - no options - "just first, last, or last, first" options.
