Exclamation 17" Macbook Pro rejecting Warcraft 3 CD

Well I recently purchased a Macbook Pro 17" 2.6 GHZ 2 Gig Ram 200 HD @ 7200. I inserted the cd for warcraft to install it on my laptop and it eats the cd and spits it back out after 4~5 seconds. What am I doing wrong? Is there a software similar to CD Space that is for Macs that have the CD image of this game? Where could I download it? But most importantly is there something I'm doing wrong or I'm missing thats making it do this?
Thank You

I went to the Apple store today. There is a hardware problem with the Optical Drive. Thank you for viewing. This problem is resolved.
