Aperture 2.12 does not launch

I have just upgraded Aperture 1.5.x to Aperture 2.1.2.

The app does not launch!! According to mac the reason is :

Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x0060110e

I have wiped 1.5 using App Zapper and reloaded from scratch.

Any Ideas?
