Password

This may be the same question Tommyknockers is talking about but I'm not very tech saavy. I have a Mac Pro Book and everytime I close or lock off, you need the password to open the applications. Well, I forgot mine as well. Anyway to reset my password or some sort of

you could always do this the geek way by reading [HOWTO] Reset User Password via single user mode.
