Help with GarageSale Problem?

Hi,

I was preparing to list my auction on eBay using Garage Sale for Mac when it said "An error has been received by the eBay server: Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your ebay email address".

My PayPal and eBay email addresses are the same, so I don't understand why I am getting this message.

Can someone help me with this?

Check the adress registered on Ebays settings, it needs you to use the adress you pay them fees with, so double check the payment settings.

Hi,

I have it set up so I pay my eBay fees with my credit card instead of PayPal. Does that mean I have to change that?

I double checked eBay, and my email address for ebay and PayPal are the same.

I think so.Try using PayPal,I use it with GarageSale and it works fine.

I changed it to PayPal, and I am still getting the error that until I have more feedback, I must use the same PayPal payment email address as my ebay email address.

I contacted PayPal and eBay and neither one knew what to tell me. Im not sure what to do now.
