Xcode - Anonymous on a Web Browser

Hi, I'm a new to developing with Xcode and have very little knowledge of it. I have gone to a many different tutorial's and found out how to create a web browser. Now say the the web browser is going to be official for a site, and I need it soon. Is there any way I could add a feature which made users anonymous? Like TOR or a Proxy or something? Anything to make them anonymous...
