This is the versions: Firefox -> 3.0.7 Mac OS X -> 10.5.6 Quicktime -> 7.6 (472) Language -> English The plugin is already installed but refuse do work and Firefox ask to install a new plugin, than it can't find a correct plugin. In Safari Quicktime plugin work fine. Thanks about some help. |

What is the format of the content that you want to view? If you don't know that, then give a link to the problematic web page.

That link works fine for me in Firefox 3.07, OS X 10.5.6, QT 7.6. Can you check the version of this file, navigate to- /Library/Internet Plug-ins/QuickTime Plugin.plugin Do a 'command I' on it and let us know what version is shown under general info? Also try create a new user on your mac and test under that user. Ed

I hove a problem like this too in Safari, I solve this changing the system language for Portuguese to English. In case of Safari the problem is a Apple language bug of Brazilian Portuguese. Maybe this make Firefox do a wrong configuration. What can I do? |
