| photo booth for mac os x, and microsoft excel
My photo booth icon is now showing a blank document, a pencil, a ruler, and a painting brush! I cannot open photo booth anymore. Can you please help me fix it! And my microsoft excel icon is showing an interrogation mark! I cannot open it either. Thank you for your support.  |

Is this in the Applications folder or in the Dock? If the programme is OK in Applications, just drag a new icon to the Dock from there and throw the old Dock icons away. |

No sir, the photo booth is showing like I described in the application folder! Whereas for the Microsoft excel, I cannot find it! Thank you again for your assistance. |

This is just an opinion...I think it's a virus that no one can or wants to address. My Excel has suddenly disappeared and I have seen a sporadic number of questions recently about applications disappearing mysterously.

To you still have the original install disks? If so you could load them and exact Photo Booth with the excellent shareware Pacifist.
