Comp: iBook G4 I was watching the "Great Escape" Steve MacQueen and paused movie to answer phone when the screen went to blank, and I think the fan is in on position. I did all I know to do. DVD will not eject. Computer will not shut off, I have to pull battery. To start I push start and it is the same thing with same problem. DVD not responding, no visuals on screen, fan always running. I did the ctrl, option, shift, power and nothing, same thing. Did it break? Is it tired of working. I want my DVD back, how can I get it out of the slot? Thanks for your time. dan |

To get the CD out power the Mac off and then hold down the mouse button while powering up, this should eject the DVD.
